E-commerce and Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate E-commerce and Operations Manager to join our team. As Head of E-commerce and Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing strategy to increase sales. You will work closely with the creative directors and the e-commerce team. Can be distant!

Tasks and responsibilities of the e-commerce and operations manager

  • E-commerce performance on the shop.airrobe website
  • Propose business actions based on localized reports and web analytics, providing information and feedback to senior management
  • Collaborate with ecommerce assistants to develop and execute ecommerce initiatives, ensuring business actions are tracked within the team.
  • End-to-end website production cycle – merchandise upload, web copy, category browsing and promotional activity
  • Increase conversions by updating merchandising to improve product visibility and seamless UX, kicking off web development and reporting implementation results
  • Adapt the distribution of stocks to online sales models, maximize sales potential
  • Improved e-commerce process during registration and purchase
  • Improved e-commerce customer experience regarding order flow, packaging and delivery
  • Hire and train other team members
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Respect the rules and regulations
  • Present to senior management

Requirements and qualifications of the e-commerce and operations manager

  • 4+ years in industry and / or relevant work experience
  • Experience working with e-commerce with a good understanding of e-commerce KPIs
  • Understanding web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with website design and publishing
  • Naturally curious and motivated by the constantly evolving digital and mobile world
  • At the forefront of new technologies and platforms (are you already at the Clubhouse?)
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Writing skills
  • Fluency in fluent written and spoken English
  • Team spirit and confidence to work independently
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Extensive understanding and passion for the fashion industry
  • Diploma in communication or marketing an asset
  • Working with fashion brands is a plus
