I put 3 makeup fixing sprays to the test at a sweaty music festival

For nearly 900 days, I have been in a musical drought. Two years have passed without the chance to set foot near a concert barricade, let alone spend an entire weekend at a music festival. Then, as the vaccinations continued to roll out, the Governors Ball was announced, my bracelets arrived in the mail, and it rained – so to speak.

Finally, I had three full days of music ahead of me, but even after all this time, I didn’t feel prepared to handle such a busy weekend outing. The best-laid-out plans can often go wrong, but I was determined to equip myself with everything I needed for a memorable, melting-proof weekend like a comfy outfit, a bottle refillable water and a fixing spray. Lucky for me, the spray landscape is changing fast, probably because of the masks. More and more, I hear from friends who never thought that a fixer spray was necessary ask to borrow a few spritzes before going to dinner. Bottom line, they’re effective and my Governors Ball survival secret.

Here’s the thing: you have no idea if a setting spray is worth it until you use it, so I put three new formulas to the test while galling through a vaccinated and tested crowd. fellow music lovers. Coming up, see my results and the one spray that turned out to be practically magical.
